    For In-Home service, Sharper Image will arrange all covered parts deemed necessary, to be sent to the consumer and, if necessary, an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer's residence, at no charge to the customer. If a particular part is no longer manufactured, Sharper Image may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Sharper Image is no longer responsible for making repairs under the warranty coverage. Any repairs needed during the 2 year parts warranty coverage, Sharper Image will provide covered parts at no cost; however, consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees on parts not covered by this warranty or covered but outside of the coverage period. Structure warranty is limited to the steel and steel-welded parts of the frame. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, the consumer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees related to the replacement. This warranty is not transferable. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use. Natural markings and grain and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Failures of attach points, such as, but not limited to: stitching, Velcro, and zippers, do not constitute a defect under this warranty.

    To initiate a Sharper Image Warranty claim, simply call our Sharper Image Limited Warranty Service at 888-894-9150. Please be prepared to describe the product that needs service and the nature of the problem. A purchase receipt is required. All repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Service options, parts availability and response times will vary. You are responsible for delivery and the cost of delivery of the product or any parts to the authorized service center for replacement, per our instructions. Limits and exclusions: Coverage under this Limited Warranty is limited to the United States of America, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

        Some models made from the manufacturer Moduline Cabinets are custom made, and can take as long as 4-5 weeks to ship depending on the model and series. Please contact customer service before ordering if delivery time is a concern of yours.

        Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.

        Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.

        PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

        Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to info@mancavemonarch.com . We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.

        CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

        Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.

        Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.

        If there is a damage in the product, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fees that apply for the return.

        Customer remorse: If there is no damage to the product, the customer will be responsible of paying for shipping and restocking fees. The customer will be given a refund of the remaining balance.

        Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).

        Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.

        Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.
