What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@mancavemonarch.com and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (usually within 1 business day).

Where’s my chair?

Where’s the chair? Why is it taking a month to transport?

My theater seats... disappointing

I thought the seats would have a little better quality I was kind of disappointed they very very hard to recline basically I feel like there were cheaply made. If I have to buy them again I would not. And also when the boxes arrived they were crushed and I had a couple tears in the leather in two or three spots.

Terrible Service. I received two units, neither of which I ordered.
